Super friendly staff and they made my kids feel safe throughout. The gear felt brand new. Pickup was a bit slow but easily forgiven.
I was nervous as a first-timer but the instructor walked me through every step. Felt 100% safe and had the time of my life.
Booking was easy, the equipment was perfectly maintained, and the team gave us excellent local tips for the best routes.
Equipment itself was fine but we waited 90 minutes past our slot. They apologized and discounted 100 AED but still felt rushed.
The guides spoke perfect English and Arabic and were very patient with beginners. Came back from the trip with new skills.
